Loaded Oreo Blondie Bars {Oh So Good!}

Usually, I’m more of a brownie than a blondie type of person but these loaded oreo blondies are an ooey-gooey little slice of heaven. Filled with oreo pieces and two types of chocolate they are a sugar bonanza you’ll want to eat in one sitting!

Chocolate Overload!

These little bars contain not just oreos but chocolate chips and white chocolate chips as well. When I made a test batch of these I gave some to my neighbor.

He stopped by later just gushing over how good they were! He said they were incredible and I had to give him the recipe on the spot. I even found my husband, who swore them off immediately when he heard the word blondie, sneaking a few pieces.

These come together very quickly and easily and will disappear even faster! Cut them in small squares for a party or bake sale as they really are a sweet mouthful just loaded with goodies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding (3.4oz size)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 16 Double Stuffed Oreos (broken into pieces)

Make sure you get the instant vanilla pudding and not the cook and serve variety!

How to Make these dessert bars

Preheat oven to 350

1 – The first thing you’ll want to do is to prep your oreo pieces. Put 16 oreos in a ziploc bag and crush with a meat mallet or rolling pin. They just need to be broken, but not mashed into tiny pieces.

2 – Grab a large bowl and a hand mixer and cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.

3 – Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.

4 – Add in the instant pudding mix and mix with a hand mixer until it starts to get light and fluffy. You’ll see when it begins to fluff up!

5 – Add your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and mix well.

6 – Now fold in those fixins, the oreos, chocolate chips, and white chips. Your dough will look a bit like chocolate chip cookie dough.

7 – Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in. You may need to use another piece of parchment paper to help press the dough into the pan in an even layer.

8 – Bake for 20-22 minutes.

The outer part will be starting to brown but the center should still be a bit soft and gooey. Don’t overcook them or they may get hard!

Let cool before cutting into pieces and enjoy!
