You will need 2 strawberries and 3-4 each of blueberries and marshmallows for each kabob.

How to Make these Valentine treats

1 – Once your strawberries are clean divide them into two even groups.

For the first group simply cut off the stem leaving the top flat.

For the second group cut a “V” shape into the top so that it looks like a heart.

2 – Now gather the strawberries, blueberries, and marshmallows so you’re ready to build.

First thread one heart shaped strawberry onto the skewer.

Then alternate adding blueberries and marshmallows. You can usually add up to 8 leaving enough room on the end for the other strawberry.

3 – Arrange your finished cupid fruit kabobs on a platter and serve alone or with a chocolate, or white chocolate dip.

What if I don’t want to use marshmallows?

If you don’t like the idea of marshmallows you could put a couple blueberries and then an extra piece of strawberry in the middle.

You could also use a different berry.

If you want something white you could try small pieces of jicama.

We hope you enjoy these yummy treats.
