All my air fryer recipes are made in a Cuisinart TOA-60. Timing may vary slightly based upon your particular air fryer so watch closely the first time you make any new recipe.

So, can you actually put fruit in an air fryer? You sure can! You aren’t really frying it so much as using your air fryer to cook it quickly so that your fruit turns into a delicious dessert.

Top the warm fruit with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and you’ll have a delicious, decadent dessert that’s easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

ingredients for air fryer peaches
  • 4 whole peaches
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, room temperature

How to cook peaches in an air fryer

1 – Remove the air fryer tray/basket then set the air fryer to 350 to preheat.

2 – Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

3 – Halve 4 whole peaches and remove the pits. Place them in the air fryer with the peel side down.

4 – In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar. Then cut the butter into the mixture.

To “cut” in the butter you’ll want to use a fork or pastry blender. A fork is probably fine since this is a small amount.

Blend the ingredients together but you don’t need to completely mix them. There will be chunks of butter showing in the mixture.

5 – Place a tablespoon of the mixture into the hollow of each peach. Evenly divide any remaining mixture among the peaches.

6 – Place the basket into the preheated air fryer and cook for 7-12 minutes. This will vary based on your particular air fryer and how ripe the peaches are.

The peaches are done when the sugar begins to caramelize on top.
